2024: Welcoming New Tenants, Strengthening Southern Utah’s Retail Landscape
At JMI Group (previously JMI Property Services), our mission is simple: create spaces where businesses can thrive—and in 2024, we had the privilege of doing just that across our growing portfolio of retail centers.
This year brought an exciting lineup of new tenants to our properties. Each one plays a role in enhancing the everyday experience for the communities we serve.
Sunset Corner
We were happy to help Dr. Hotrop build his new concierge medical office from Pineview Plaza to Sunset, My Team MD. There are many new tenants on the horizon that we are looking forward to in 2025!
Pineview Plaza: Expanding Everyday Convenience
This year, Pineview Plaza welcomed new tenants that cater to the daily needs of nearby neighborhoods. From fitness and wellness to food and personal care, the plaza continues to evolve into a well-rounded, easily accessible destination for families and professionals alike. Our 2024 were Little China: Taste of
Commerce Pointe
Strategically located in a high-traffic corridor, Commerce Pointe saw the addition of several exciting businesses in 2024, strengthening its position as a go-to commercial hub. These additions reflect our ongoing efforts to attract quality tenants that provide value to the local community. Black Rock Eye Care was our final tenant at Commerce Pointe.
Fort Pierce Business Park
While known for its industrial focus, Fort Pierce continues to attract forward-thinking tenants in need of well-planned space with room to grow. This year, we supported several new flex users and industrial occupants with tailored leasing solutions that support long-term success. Our biggest tenant of the Fort Pierce Business Park’s Owner’s Association to open in 2024 was Penske Trucks.
