Tenant services

Key and access request.

Additional keys, access cards, or a rekey after a staff change. Tell us what you need and who it is for.

Locked out, or a key has gone missing

Call rather than filling in a form. A missing key is a security question before it is a paperwork question, and it sometimes means a rekey rather than a replacement.

Before you send it

Four things to know.

Keys open your business after hours, so there are a few more steps here than on a maintenance request.

  • The request has to be authorized

Keys are released to the person on the lease or someone they have named. If that is not you, put their name on the form and we will confirm with them.

  • Bring ID at pickup

Keys and cards are collected at the office on St. George Boulevard. We will ask for photo identification when you come by.

  • Some keys take longer

A standard suite key is usually quick. Restricted keys, access cards, and rekeys take longer, and we will tell you what to expect when we confirm.

  • There may be a charge

Additional keys, replacement cards, and rekeys can carry a cost depending on the property and your lease. We will confirm any charge before ordering anything.

Key request form

What do you need.

Fields marked with a gold asterisk are required. We will confirm before anything gets cut or ordered.

Once you send it

What happens next.

Access requests get handled by the team managing your property, and every one is recorded against your suite.

We confirm it with you

You hear back with what is being issued, any cost, and roughly when it will be ready. Nothing gets cut or ordered before that.

It goes on the record

We log what was issued and who it went to. That record is the reason we can tell you later who holds access to your space.
