Tenant services

Maintenance request.

Tell us what needs attention and where. The more you can tell us up front, the fewer trips it takes to fix.

Do not use this form for an emergency

Water, fire, gas, power, or anything putting people or property at risk needs a phone call. A form sits in an inbox until someone opens it.

The faster route

Submit it through the portal if you can.

Requests raised in the tenant portal land directly in the system the maintenance team works from, and you can see where yours stands without calling to ask.

Use the form below instead if

  • You do not have a portal login yet
  • You cannot get into your account
  • You are reporting something on behalf of a tenant
  • The issue is in a common area rather than a suite

Maintenance request form

Tell us what is going on.

Fields marked with a gold asterisk are required. Everything else helps and none of it is mandatory.

Once you send it

What happens next.

Requests go to the people who look after your building, not to a queue in another state.

You get a confirmation

An email lands straight away so you have a record of what you sent and when you sent it.

Someone reads it

Your request reaches the team managing your property. During office hours somebody looks at it the same day.

You hear back

You find out what it needs and roughly when to expect someone. If it is going to take longer, we tell you instead of going quiet.
