One of our greatest assets as a real estate brokerage is our relationship with the team at Mountain West Commercial Real Estate. Not only are they one of our tenants at Jennings Blvd Centre, they work with us and our team to help us find high-credit tenants for our bigger retail centers and also Fort Pierce Business Park.

They have and are still working hard with us on multiple projects from a development standpoint, especially in the business park. They have procured several large tenants who are new to the area and who were looking for a large enough lot for a manufacturing or distribution center; One such company is Family Dollar, which is their largest distribution center. Our local economy benefits greatly with big companies like this coming to Southern Utah.

There are many other notable companies in the park, namely Penske Truck, Stevens Equipment Supply, and Extra Space Storage, to name a few.
