Tenant Improvement in New Space at Pineview Plaza
Uinta Golf customers have been excited for the opening of the bigger St. George Uinta golf, which opened just in time for the holiday season. This TI in Pineview Plaza was just a few doors down from the original store.
Previously Raw Fitness gym, this 6552 Sq. Ft. space was completely gutted and cleared out starting in the summer of 2023, and finished by early November. This new and improved storefront now has two simulated golf bays, instead of only one, and also still has a nice large putting green. Their inventory has been upped, and business is be able to keep up with it.
All in all, the project, done by JMI Constructors, was finished rather quickly, and we recommend visiting this new store for all your golf needs, in suite 308, at Pineview Plaza.
